The difference in con昀椀dence is most apparent when it comes to good use of technology and tools, and in the 昀椀rm’s ability to
attract new clients and generate asset growth for clients.
Fees & charges: pricing as strategy
Pricing is becoming a clearer expression of strategy. For
ongoing advice, percentage of assets remains the dominant
model, and the brief spike in alternative structures we saw
in 2024 has largely reverted toward 2023 patterns. Even so,
昀椀xed fees retain a meaningful presence: almost a quarter of
昀椀rms report using them.
