follow-up. This is of course, as it should be. Report production
is typically the next longest stage, followed by data gathering.
As 昀椀rms reduce the back-of昀椀ce burden on these two steps
through better tooling and work昀氀ow, they can shift more time
into higher-value client-facing work.
