remain tiny slices of the overall headcount; 3%
and 1% respectively - though both are far more
common in larger 昀椀rms.
The role mix shifts markedly with scale: 昀椀rms with
50+ advisers operate with roughly one client-facing
adviser for every nine colleagues in operations,
support, paraplanning and tech, compared with
about one to four in 昀椀rms with 2–5 advisers.
